Frequently Asked Questions
Shop and Art FAQ
When do new designs become available in your shop?
I add new designs every Thursday unless announced otherwise. Stay updated by following my instagram or subscribing to my Newsletter.
Why Hasn’t my order shipped yet?
From the time you place your order, it gets fulfilled, ships out, and arrives at your location, you should expect to wait up to three weeks. My apparel is print on demand so there is some production time that’ll make your order impossible to ship out right away.
What program do you use to make your art?
Photoshop! I make the sketch, line art, and colors all in the same program.
Why are larger sizes more expensive?
Larger sizes are more expensive on Printful, so since it costs more for me to have them printed I’ve adjusted the prices in my shop accordingly.
Ambassador FAQ
Where can I apply to be an Ambassador?
Right here! Be sure to read through my process to make sure you understand my program and agree with the collaborative nature before applying.
Why aren’t you accepting anyone under the age of 18?
If I were to accept minors into my program, I would need a legitimate way of getting parental permission. Right now, I don’t have a way of doing that. If someone were to lie to me about having permission I could get into trouble and that’s a stress I don’t want to deal with at this time.
Why do Ambassadors only get 35% off?
I get my apparel fulfilled through Printful which costs money to use. The 35% is my entire artist fee, so I am making no money from my Ambassador’s purchases. All they’re paying are production and shipping costs.
When will I hear back about my ambassador application?
I try to go through all my applications as quickly as possible. Accounting for delays I may encounter in the future, I think it’s safe to say that a week is the longest you’ll wait to hear back. If you do not, then you probably haven’t been accepted into my ambassador program.
What do you look for when accepting or declining ambassador applications?
I make sure everything in the form is correctly filled out. Any questions answered incorrectly will result in immediate rejection. (ex. venmo instead of paypal, phone number instead of email, instagram links leading to nowhere)
If everything looks good on the application I check out the instagram account and look for two main things:
Follower engagement: All accounts should have give or take around 10% engagement from followers. Anything less than that and I don’t feel like you’d make a good investment for my business. Not only that but I do want to see you making money too! If your follower engagement isn’t there, I don’t want you to invest money you wouldn’t otherwise spend if there is a low chance of you making it back.
Quality photos: taking into account that instagram does take down the quality of photos quite a bit, I’m looking for photos that aren’t obviously grainy and poorly lit. I want to see more than just selfies. There’s a timer setting on your phone! Use it! I also tend to immediately reject accounts that use only face filters in their posts. One or two is fine but when it’s all of them it just cheapens the look of your account.
Do I have to buy anything to be an ambassador?
Technically no! Once you’re accepted I immediately ask what you’d like your customized discount code to be. Once I inform you that your discount code is activated, you can start using it right away! If anyone uses that code to make a purchase that’s $2 in your pocket. Take into account what would advertise your code to your followers the best. Try sharing the code before making a purchase to see what kind of interest your followers have in my business. If you think sharing photos of yourself in my apparel will garner more interest then that is what the ambassador discount code is there for.
Collaboration FAQ
What if I already have a design and just want you to host it on your website?
I’m willing to host your design on my website with an 80/20 split of profit only if we collaborate on a different design. I do still have to put in work posting the products and maintaining the listings. This option would be a good fit if you’d like your followers to only have to go to one place to purchase your merch.
